Contest Time!

holly‘Tis the season for giving and I’m giving away books! Just in time for Christmas I’m running a contest. The ‘rules’ are pretty simple. All you have to do is leave me a comment here (on this post) or on FaceBook (Amy Lillard ~ Author) and tell me the name of a friend that you would like to win a copy of Saving Gideon. On December the 18th I’ll draw  one of the names that were submitted. If your friend wins, I’ll send you *both* an autographed copy of Saving Gideon. And just in time for the holidays! Your friend can be your sister, your grandmother, your niece or just the lady down the street. That’s up to you to decide.

Here’s to wishing that everyone has a happy and safe holiday season and a very Merry Christmas!

  1. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity, to win ‘Saving Gideon’! I would like to win a copy for my very best Amish friend and neighbor, Kathy Yoder. She loves to read Amish books (almost as much as myself) and I let her borrow mine. Since I now have a Nook, she doesn’t get the opportunity to read them anymore. It would be such a blessing to her to own her ‘very own book’, and I am sure she would share it with her family and friends. Thanks again!!

  2. What a great idea for a contest. I would like to win a book for Angela Chesnut. I see some other folks entered names I would also like to see win a copy of your book. Merry Christmas and Blessings, Susan Fryman

  6. Gosh, if I won I would give a copy to my friend Leighanne. She is a voracious reader who has been incredibly supportive, generous and loving to me in the past. She is so very deserving of something to uplift her own spirits.

  7. If I won I would give a copy to my sister, Janet Santos. We grew up reading together ~ passing books back and forth we loved it~ still do!

    1. If you win, you wouldn’t even have to share! LOL I’ve got three sisters myself. Love sharing books with them! Thanks for entering!

  9. I would like to win a book for Maggie Hotz who is going through alot of medical problems and likes to read and can’t enter alot of the contest because of the robot thing she cannot read the symbols

  10. What a great give-away!! I love to read Amish novels. I would like my friend Velma to win. (and myself of course!)

  11. I would love for Maggie Hotz to receive this book. She is restricted a great deal due to medical problems and she spends most of her time AND money on making pins/magnets for authors and friends. I would love to be able to give something back to her in this way! My funds are limited too, as I am on disability and hubby unemployed. It would be a blessing to both of us and I always share my books w/my mom & daughters! thanks! rhonda_nash_hall@comcast.net

  12. I would love to win a book for my sister Carolyn. She is also a fan of Amish fiction as well as myself. Her husband passed away 3 years ago just before Thanksgiving. Two years ago just before Christmas she was diagnosed with breast cancer. I know she would be thrilled to receive this book!

    Blessings!
